Lap-Band surgery, as well as a lap-band revision surgery are both considered minimally invasive, laparoscopic surgeries. Outpatient, or "same-day" surgeries like these, allow for a faster recovery, shorter hospital time, smaller scars and less pain than an open surgical procedure.

After the band procedure, you will be required to stay on a liquid diet for 2-3 weeks. This will allow the band to set into place. Then we will begin your adjustments to ensure you have the perfect fit.
